I believe all people cope with life’s journey differently but the commonality that supports in healing for most of us is connection and comfort within our own bodies, attentive energetic support and safe space to express ourselves. My intention is to unify healing avenues and assist in ones journey back to the Self with ease through my sessions. As a practitioner I assist the client with connecting deeply inward and support in clearing any blocks that may be in the way whether physical, energetic or creative. A client can expect a 60-90 minute session consisting of integrated techniques such as Reflexology, Swedish Relaxation Massage and Reiki.These offerings are useful to decrease anxiety, ease pain and bring clarity to the mind as well as promote mind, body, and spirit harmony.
